Eagles Everywhere

They have arrived!  There are many, many eagle sightings along the Hudson River between Croton and Peekskill.  The eagles are now ice fishing.   Today we counted 15 eagles on the ice between Fleischmann’s Pier (China Pier) and Peekskill’s Riverfront Park.  Five eagles were perched and flying over the Croton Point Nature Center.  Two young eagles were in the trees near the Hwy 9/9A bridge over the Croton River.  A pair of eagles was in the white house tree in Verplanck.  They were all different eagles this time.
