Earth Day 2014

Six years ago I had a detached retina in three places.  It took six months to heal.  I was on my side for three of those six months.  I am so happy to be able to photograph my local birds.  Happy Earth Day!

Yup. He circled around and came to to the nest. I think he left part of the fish for her.

There were two swans, but this is the only one I have seen recently. He attacks every time I come to photograph in one of my favorite spots. Hope his mate is on eggs.
